The Mission
You’ve got the degree (or you're almost there), and you’ve served the country. Now, let’s get you industry-ready!
Jumpstart is a focused training program by Wix, in collaboration with Milumentor, designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and the daily reality of a tech career.

(01)
We meet every two or three weeks in the afternoon at the Wix Campus in Tel Aviv. It’s an opportunity to learn and network in the heart of the tech industry.
Where and when do we meet?
(02)
At the end of every session, you'll practice a technical screening. A mentor will guide you through explaining your architecture, justifying your logic, and live-coding solutions—preparing you for real technical interviews
What do the mock interviews look like?
(03)
No. To maintain the intensity and the quality of the mock interviews and peer-learning, physical attendance is required.
Can I join via Zoom if I can't make it?
(04)
Expect a "work-week" mindset. Between the sessions at Wix, you’ll need to dedicate several hours to independent learning and refining your project.
What is the time commitment?
(05)
Yes, there will be opportunities to network with fellow participants, mentors and professionals from the tech industry. This offers a glimpse into our innovative work culture, processes and strategies.
Are there networking opportunities within Wix Jumpstart?
(06)
Unfortunately, there are no open positions guaranteed upon completion of the program. That said, you are always welcome to apply for open roles on the Wix careers site. We built Jumpstart to equip you with a strong portfolio and hands-on experience.
Will I be guaranteed a job at the end of the course?
FAQ
The Jumpstart Rhythm
*All the sessions will be held in Hebrew.
Jumpstart mirrors a real R&D work environment, combining independent deep-work with collaborative team sprints:
Phase 1: Deep Dive (At Home): Between sessions, you’ll master the theory through curated video content and prep materials at your own pace.
Phase 2: The Sprint (In-Person): Every two or three weeks, we meet at the Wix Campus for a 3-hour intensive workshop. Working in small squads (1:5 mentor ratio), you’ll build, debug, and push your code to production.
Phase 3: The Hot Seat (Mock Interview): Every session concludes with a mock coding interview. You will be tested on the code you just wrote, simulating real-world technical screenings to sharpen your communication and technical reasoning.
